I too experienced Donato's divinity and was also very surprised by his down to earth quality. He did have powers, he was able to quiet me, and make me feel calm and sensible with a thought. or a glance. he helped me to find the divinity in myself and others, and I felt so blessed, I was unable to describe it.
he did trick me out of my non-stop conscious mind babble, and I still think of that one often.
